The sessions consist of several 'stations' of exercises, often involving legs and core, which are rotated around and repeated a few times, in total lasting an hour. It does not only form a six-pack on your stomach but improves your balance and general fitness as well.
This session is open to all members without prior confirmation. We hold two circuits sessions a week, Monday 3pm and Friday 4pm, both held in the studio of the sports centre. Due to the sports centre refurbishment we need to be taken there by staff, so we meet in the foyer.
