INTERVALS

For those of you that want to take your running to the next level: these are the sessions for you! If you're a serious runner, these are the sessions that will have the most benefit on your times. 

We run these sessions with Fife AC, and are grateful to their coaches for overseeing our training. We meet at the sports centre at 17.15 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Each session involves a full warm up and cool down, so allow extra time for these sessions (you can still make it back in time for hall dinner!)

Typical sessions involve repetitions of distances ranging from 200m to 2000m, depending on the session.
