STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

If you really mean business, this programme is what you need! S&C involves lifting heavier weights than in circuits, with the aim of the sessions being to improve overall strength. 

We currently run one S&C session per week: Wednesday at 4pm, which is held in the strength and conditioning room. However while the sports centre is getting refurbished, it's held at the weight racks at the back of the sports hall.
